Own brand design for product launches, campaigns, websites, advertising, events, and out-of-home materials. Build scalable brand systems, Figma libraries, prompt libraries, templates, and AI-assisted workflows. Lead the AI creative stack, enable teams through workshops and playbooks, partner with Product Design and Marketing, mentor designers, and advise senior stakeholders on creative priorities and investment.

Advise customers on email deliverability, diagnose authentication, infrastructure, reputation, blocklist, spam trap, and engagement issues, and lead complex cases through resolution. Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Support; identify acceptable-use violations; coach internal teams; and develop documentation, training, processes, and scalable customer resources.

Provides technical customer support through email and live chat, triages tickets, diagnoses product issues, assists customers with onboarding and platform usage, and identifies product improvements. The role also supports process improvement and collaborates with Product and Customer Success teams. Candidates should understand basic programming concepts, communicate clearly, work independently, and be available for rotating weekend coverage during Central or Mountain time zone hours.
