Supports Cleveland Metroparks Zoo education and community engagement efforts by conducting outreach, assessing community needs, promoting programming, and assisting with educational programs and events. Provides Spanish-English interpretation and translation, prepares Spanish communications, organizes materials, and performs administrative support. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with bilingual fluency and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Develops and evaluates integrated advertising campaigns across traditional, digital, and emerging media. Plans and purchases media, manages paid-media performance, oversees creative execution, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors budgets, supports sponsorships, and protects brand consistency. Uses audience research, performance data, and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. Requires travel throughout the park district for meetings, marketing events, and business activities.
