Leads the SMB and education sales function by developing go-to-market strategies, building outbound pipeline, managing forecasts, and recruiting and coaching Account Executive and SDR teams. The role develops collegiate and vertical sales playbooks, strengthens CRM discipline, partners with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Enablement, and drives revenue growth, pipeline health, team productivity, and retention.
