Process, route, schedule and track customer orders using WMS; communicate with customers and carriers; maintain account data, daily reports, billing, and shipping documentation; support warehouse operations and resolve inquiries.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel handling materials via conveyors and industrial trucks; enforce production, quality, safety, sanitation, and scheduling standards; ensure forklift inspections and equipment maintenance; train and assign staff, recommend Kaizen improvements, support security, and perform hands-on tasks as needed.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure efficient material handling, safety, equipment maintenance, and production standards. Enforce schedules, conduct/ensure forklift safety inspections, train employees, support Kaizen improvements, maintain housekeeping and security, and assist other departments as needed.
