The Sr. Application Engineer will lead the design and development of WMS application software, integrating it with customers and internal applications, while enhancing business workflows and managing WMS projects and optimizations.

Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide pricing strategy across transportation, warehousing, and value-added services. Provide deal support for large RFPs/RFQs, build cost models, drive pricing governance, implement analytics and pricing tools, partner cross-functionally, and build a high-performing pricing organization to expand margins and support growth.

Lead commercial strategy to grow freight volume and revenue for a CBP Centralized Examination Station in Houston by building relationships with brokers, carriers, importers/exporters and port stakeholders. Position integrated services (exams, warehousing, drayage) as preferred solutions, onboard partners, monitor CBP/port trends, collaborate with operations and pricing, track pipeline and metrics, and represent the company in industry forums to drive C.E.S. utilization and throughput growth.
