Senior independent technical lead to set architecture, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and deliver production AI voice systems (STT/TTS/LLM orchestration/telephony). Design backend services, APIs, multi-tenant data models, contribute to open-source BridgeNode™, and represent engineering in customer/partner discussions. Contracted through a registered Brazilian entity.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for high-volume prospecting, qualifying decision-makers, booking qualified appointments, and coordinating with marketing. Use Dialpad/VoIP, Sales Navigator, Calendly, and CRM tools to meet daily call quotas and monthly appointment targets while providing feedback to improve outreach.
