Create detailed fabrication drawings and bills of materials for shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and towers using CAD. Review job packages, coordinate with engineers, manufacturing and quality, ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII Division I, check others' drawings, and document special fabrication and NDE requirements.

Develop, modify, and maintain software and automation for Process Equipment using VBA, VB.NET, C#, iLogic and CAD APIs. Provide technical support, demonstrations, validation testing, documentation (ISO), and end-user training. Ensure interoperability with applications/databases and align solutions with SDLC and business requirements.

Lead production engineering for assigned products: interpret project specs, perform and check design calculations, create/modify fabrication drawings, coordinate with clients and internal departments, support Purchasing and Manufacturing, manage electronic job records, and order long-lead materials.

Fit and assemble metal components for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and towers. Read blueprints, perform thermal cutting and tack welding, maintain <5% fit-up rejection, follow safety/PPE protocols, and complete work to specification and schedule.
