As a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Advisor, you will lead initiatives for gender equality, provide technical assistance, conduct audits, develop policies, oversee data tracking, and design gender-sensitive projects.

Support planning and delivery of employability, psychosocial support, and livelihoods training for Venezuelan migrants, refugees, and vulnerable Peruvian groups. Coordinate programs (job placement, MUCURA), collaborate with local partners, track participation and outcomes, prepare materials, gather feedback, and help connect participants to formal employment opportunities.

The role involves assessing skills needs, conducting capacity-building workshops, facilitating partnerships, and developing monitoring frameworks to empower marginalized communities in Colombia through vocational training and employment strategies.
