As a volunteer, you will work with PSOJ to develop a Scale-Up Readiness Diagnostic Tool for MSMEs, focusing on governance, financial management, and strategic readiness.

As a TVET Digitalization Advisor, you will assist the Ministry of Labor and Skills in transitioning to AI-integrated learning, modify curricula, perform digital readiness assessments, and establish collaborations with tech companies for micro-credentials.
