Support the Project Manager to deliver campus and facilities projects: track documentation, budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, and reports; assist across planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, and occupancy; prepare status reports and preliminary construction budgets; may own smaller projects.

Support Americas Real Estate Services analytics by collecting, consolidating, and delivering standardized and ad-hoc reports. Build and maintain Power BI data models and dashboards, automate data workflows with Microsoft Fabric/Alteryx/Power Automate, manage supplier/vendor data delivery and quality, document dataflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive insights and improvements.

Administer and support the Planon IWMS for project, space, and workplace management. Configure workflows, security, reports, and integrations; provide tier 2/3 support; manage master data; develop test/UAT plans; train users; document processes; and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for continuous improvement and post-implementation stabilization.
