Provide finance support to Property Management and financial reporting teams: maintain forecasts, raise fees, investigate variances, prepare accruals, process ad hoc fees/credits, monitor aged fees, and support month-end reporting and ad hoc analytical projects.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of a commercial building: assist housekeeping with cleaning, meeting room resets, carpet and jet washing, light maintenance, furniture moves, reporting issues, following H&S and client procedures, and supporting events or out-of-hours duties.
