Curve Dental Benefits Overview

Provide technically focused API support to customers, helping them build integrations using C#/.NET and PHP services. Collaborate with customers and internal teams, troubleshoot integration issues, improve API functionality, write documentation, and contribute to updates. The role requires software development, SQL and relational database expertise, secure coding practices for sensitive data, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.

Owns end-to-end customer data conversions into a dental practice management platform. Responsibilities include extracting, profiling, mapping, cleaning, transforming, loading, and validating legacy data using SQL, Excel, and conversion tools. The role manages timelines, customer approvals, quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and production go-lives while collaborating with implementation and support teams.

Serve as an expert on Curve Dental software, delivering product demonstrations, analyzing customer and market feedback, identifying product opportunities, and representing user needs to Development. Create educational materials, collaborate on enhancements, position the product against competitors, and support cross-functional teams. The role requires strong presentations, analytical problem-solving, healthcare operations knowledge, and dental software experience. Travel may occur up to twice monthly.
