Supports construction site safety programs across heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include monitoring OSHA and company policy compliance, conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations, delivering safety training and toolbox talks, maintaining documentation, updating site-specific safety plans, and helping project teams identify and mitigate hazards. The role requires regional travel to various job sites and strong communication and leadership skills.

Provide administrative and clerical support for highway construction projects: maintain project records, manage invoices, subcontracts, purchase orders, track lien waivers and production quantities, and assist with monthly progress billings and general office tasks.

Operate, move, and set up horizontal directional drilling equipment; perform drilling tasks outdoors in all weather; lift 50+ lbs; communicate and solve problems to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
