Operate, move, and set up horizontal directional drilling equipment; perform drilling tasks outdoors in all weather; lift 50+ lbs; communicate and solve problems to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for heavy highway and bridge projects. Coordinate with managers, engineers, and subcontractors, track costs, maintain accurate project data, perform data audits, and provide status updates while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Provide administrative and clerical support for highway construction projects: maintain project records, manage subcontracts and purchase orders, process invoices and lien waivers, track daily production quantities, assist with monthly progress billings, and perform general office duties to support project managers and superintendents.
