Manage dealership used-car operations, including inventory acquisition, pricing, aging, appraisals, reconditioning, profitability, and sales volume. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; support negotiations and deal structuring; maintain customer satisfaction; and collaborate with Service and General Management to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned Hyundai vehicles, demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, build customer relationships, generate referrals, follow up with prospects, and support dealership sales goals. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, motivation, professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn. Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.

Assist dealership customers with vehicle selection and purchase decisions by identifying needs, explaining vehicle features and benefits, addressing objections, negotiating pricing, and building customer relationships. Report sales objectives and activities to the Sales Manager while collaborating with dealership staff. The role also includes potential training of additional sales associates and requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screening.
