On-site sales and leasing consultant responsible for guiding customers through vehicle purchase and lease processes, demonstrating vehicles and facilitating test drives, maintaining CRM and follow-up systems, meeting sales targets, attending meetings, supporting lot and inventory upkeep, and providing excellent customer service to drive repeat and referral business.

Provide administrative and customer service support to the Service Department including data entry, filing, answering calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, customer follow-up, reviewing GM manifests, maintaining records, assisting Service Advisors with errands and vehicle movements, and supporting departmental operations.
