Serves as a senior trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading discovery, workshops, requirements development, process mapping, sprint refinement, UAT, change management, and post-deployment validation. The role supports complex cross-functional initiatives across business domains, governs knowledge bases and AI-assisted workflows, coordinates distributed US and India teams, and mentors business analysts while improving requirements quality and enterprise systems adoption.

Leads complex, cross-functional enterprise transformation projects from conception through implementation. Responsibilities include project planning, risk management, process optimization, future-state definition, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, executive decision support, and benefit realization. The role also improves transformation frameworks and applies AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalable organizational change.

Leads the Learning Experiences and Readiness team supporting i-Ready and Math products. Oversees instructional content, product training, academies, release readiness, internal communications, platform adoption, dashboards, and process improvements. Manages and coaches direct reports, sets goals and KPIs, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and contributes hands-on to learning initiatives. Partners with product, sales, service, and operations teams while encouraging responsible use of AI tools.
