Leads the global IT project management organization and portfolio, overseeing planning, execution, governance, resourcing, risk mitigation, budgets, and delivery quality. Establishes hybrid methodologies, develops project managers, partners with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, improves processes through AI and automation, and reports portfolio performance to senior leadership across business systems, applications, infrastructure, data, and AI initiatives.

Serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading discovery, problem definition, requirements development, cross-functional alignment, UAT strategy, post-deployment validation, and change management. Owns domain process maps, business rules, documentation, and AI-assisted workflow governance. Mentors business analysts, improves BA standards, identifies functional opportunities, and supports strategic initiatives involving CRM and data platforms.

Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT to translate martech, CRM/CDP, campaign, lead-management, data-flow, and reporting needs into actionable requirements. Leads discovery, workshops, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery collaboration, UAT, post-deployment validation, change management, process documentation, and domain knowledge management. Develops AI-assisted workflows, validation standards, and agent-readiness practices while mentoring business analysts and improving BA standards, templates, and tools.
