Leads end-to-end executive searches for Director, VP, C-suite, and specialized leadership roles. Advises senior executives on search strategy, talent markets, compensation, and candidate assessment; builds passive talent pipelines; conducts structured interviews; drives inclusive hiring; negotiates offers; manages external search firms; tracks recruiting metrics; improves executive hiring practices; and mentors recruiters.

Design science lessons for digital and print education content. Create layouts, typography, diagrams, artwork, interactive simulations, drag-and-drop activities, and data visualizations. Collaborate with writers, learning designers, and engineers while maintaining and evolving Stile’s visual language. Apply graphic design fundamentals, accessibility principles, interaction design thinking, and scientific visualization skills to create engaging learning experiences for students.

Design and produce accessible print and digital curriculum materials for mathematics and literacy programs in English and Spanish. Develop layouts, templates, artwork, design systems, and production-ready files; review EPUB content for quality and accessibility; and collaborate with editorial, instructional design, accessibility, production, product, and vendor teams. The role also contributes to style guides, prototypes, documentation, and project delivery across multiple assignments.
