Teams at Curriculum Associates

Provide day-to-day HR guidance and own employee relations cases including investigations, documentation, and resolution. Coach managers on performance, behavior, and conflict; support HR operations, case management, and core people processes. Identify trends, maintain SOPs and HR metrics, and partner with HR Business Partners, legal, and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent policy execution and improved manager capability.

Partner with the territory sales team to build district relationships, support product demonstrations and pilots, assist in identifying expansion opportunities, deliver presentations, participate in customer events, and maintain account activity and competitive feedback to drive adoption of Curriculum Associates products.

Serve as a bilingual curriculum subject-matter expert to drive core adoption and support bilingual/dual-language implementations. Deliver presentations, advise field and district teams, monitor implementation health, and surface insights to product and leadership. Travel frequently across the Midwest to support schools and districts.
