Own complex escalations involving account access, transactions, disputes, and fraud. Investigate root causes, resolve cases within SLAs, identify bugs and process gaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and business teams. Provide guidance on high-stakes cases, communicate findings to stakeholders, improve knowledge resources and routing, analyze escalation trends, and advocate for member needs in product decisions.

Build and maintain native Android experiences using Kotlin, scalable mobile frameworks, reusable UI components, and modular architecture. Own initiatives from product discovery through launch, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, and improve architecture, testing, monitoring, and engineering standards. Develop secure, performant financial products while contributing to code reviews and platform components.

Manage high-volume legal processes including garnishments, levies, subpoenas, and bankruptcy notices. Coordinate account actions, notices, remittances, records, reporting, and escalations while supporting attorneys with contracts, litigation, and regulatory inquiries. Administer legal systems and develop AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Partner with Compliance, Risk Operations, Finance, Engineering, InfoSec, and bank partners.
