Expand training coverage across Risk Operations and manage onboarding, readiness standards, and facilitator materials.

Leads a team of Android engineers while owning planning, delivery, technical roadmaps, architecture, code quality, testing, performance, and security standards. Partners with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver mobile initiatives. Provides people leadership through feedback, career development, and team culture building. Remains hands-on by contributing to the Kotlin Android codebase, reviewing pull requests, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring engineers, and removing technical or project bottlenecks.
