Lead the development of Current’s first-line fraud risk product capability, owning strategy, roadmap, architecture, and delivery for KYC, onboarding, transaction controls, fraud detection, case management, and resolution systems. Partner with engineering, data science, compliance, legal, and customer service to integrate vendors, use AI workflows, diagnose production issues, and balance fraud losses, regulatory obligations, and member experience.

Lead design, governance, and delivery of disputes-focused training for internal and BPO teams. Build curriculum aligned to Reg E/Reg Z/CFPB, use QA insights to prioritize content, track learning effectiveness, and ensure audit-ready compliance. Expand training coverage across Risk Operations and manage onboarding, readiness standards, and facilitator materials.

Analyzes payments and banking data to identify trends, improve products, and enhance operational efficiency. Builds dashboards, conducts deep-dive and experimental analyses, monitors customer behavior, and delivers actionable insights to stakeholders. Partners with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define success metrics, ensure data quality, support fraud response, and improve analytics processes.
