Generates new commercial business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consultative selling, referral partnerships, and territory development. Manages the full sales cycle from identifying prospects through negotiation and close, builds revenue pipelines, supports client onboarding and retention, and maintains CRM records, forecasting, and reporting. The role targets businesses using foreign currency and requires collaboration with internal Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Supports CXI’s digital growth ecosystem across websites, mobile applications, CMS platforms, analytics, SEO, paid search, and marketing technology. Administers GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Ads; maintains tracking and reporting; analyzes acquisition and conversion data; coordinates website optimization, CMS migrations, platform enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives; and works with agencies, developers, IT, and business stakeholders to improve customer experience, search visibility, and revenue performance.

Supports the sales and implementation team with client inquiries, CRM and pipeline maintenance, onboarding documentation, sales reporting, system support, meeting coordination, communications, and customer-focused programs. The role assists with routine issue resolution, client events, presentations, and business development activities while escalating complex matters and maintaining accurate records.
