Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams, ensure medical/legal compliance, apply SEO best practices, manage multiple projects in a fast-changing remote environment, and evolve brand voice to drive conversion.

Lead Curology's accounting function across a multi-entity structure: own month-end close, GAAP financial statements, audits, treasury, controls, and accounting systems (NetSuite). Manage a hybrid in-house/outsourced accounting team, improve processes with AI tools, partner cross-functionally on budgeting, and surface financial risks to the CFO.

Lead lifecycle strategy to grow and retain Curology subscribers across onboarding, engagement, upsell, reactivation, and win‑back. Design journeys, run experiments, build cohort analytics and LTV reporting, partner cross-functionally, manage CRM operations and vendors, and mentor junior marketers to improve retention and lifetime value.
