As a Tax Associate, you'll prepare tax returns, assist with tax compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage client engagements while supporting strategic planning and policy development.

Serve as the officefirst point of contact and HR administrative partner: greet visitors, manage calls and office operations, coordinate onboarding/offboarding and recruiting logistics, maintain employee records and HR systems, support engagement and training initiatives, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Maintain a welcoming, organized office environment; manage inventory and vendor/facilities relationships; scan, categorize, and upload client tax and family office documents; prepare DocuSign and certified mailings; provide administrative support to advisors and executives including calendar management, expense reporting, travel coordination, client gifts, and event support while handling confidential financial information.
