Lead senior hiring, employer branding, employment infrastructure, payroll coordination, compensation and equity frameworks, onboarding, performance management, development, culture, and leadership coaching. Build scalable people systems while personally executing critical work as a player-coach, using AI for sourcing, screening, documentation, and analytics.

Own Curewiki’s marketing communications across B2B and B2C audiences. Build an AI-leveraged content engine, lead digital campaigns, manage marketing automation, oversee press and announcements, coordinate industry events, and maintain accurate, regulated messaging. The role establishes the company’s tone of voice, aligns communications with commercial goals, and tracks content, event, and press performance to support awareness and pipeline growth.

Own Curewiki’s French commercial market from prospecting through contract signature, targeting pharmaceutical affiliates, biotech companies, and CROs. Build pipeline, manage full-cycle deals, negotiate contracts, maintain HubSpot forecasting discipline, onboard early customers, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the company at industry events. Coordinate with enterprise sales, partnerships, and customer success teams while providing market intelligence. The role requires an established French life-sciences network, territory-opening experience, native-level French, fluent English, and autonomous execution.
