Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, API, database, and mobile/web application testing. Design and maintain test plans, cases, and automation suites; identify and track defects; execute SQL queries; analyze logs; support root cause analysis; and collaborate with Agile development teams. The role also involves healthcare compliance, AI-assisted testing, quality improvement, and adherence to SDLC, QMS, and ISMS processes.

Supports branding and marketing campaigns by managing visual assets, social media storytelling, campaign briefs, and employer-brand initiatives. Tracks campaign performance, conducts market and competitive research, identifies social media trends, and maintains consistent brand messaging across channels. The role also translates recruitment goals into social campaigns that build awareness and attract candidates.

Supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs. Responsibilities include developing materials, facilitating sessions, supporting onboarding, maintaining the LMS, analyzing training metrics, coordinating logistics, assisting employees with learning resources, and preparing training reports. The role promotes continuous learning and collaborates with subject matter experts to identify development needs.
