Supports product marketing growth initiatives and campaigns from research through execution, optimization, and measurement. Responsibilities include market and competitor research, content development, performance reporting, KPI monitoring, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The role synthesizes data into actionable insights and experiments with AI tools and prompt engineering for content and analysis.

Supports end-to-end recruiting by reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, communicating with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers. The role also contributes to diversity initiatives and stays informed about talent acquisition trends and best practices.

The UI/UX Designer will lead design initiatives, conduct user research, and develop prototypes while fostering collaboration within the team to enhance user experiences across platforms.
