Lead and coach the sales team, establish repeatable sales processes, manage pipeline performance, and drive quota attainment. Own sales opportunities through demos, negotiations, and closing while maintaining HubSpot records, reporting performance, calculating commissions, and partnering with Marketing and Product. The role requires SaaS sales experience, team leadership, sales automation proficiency, and strong customer relationship and data analysis skills. This is a remote position.
