Manages a Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania territory, educating Medicare beneficiaries about Curana Health Special Needs Plans and driving compliant enrollments. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative sales, relationship development with senior living communities and partner organizations, plan education, CRM documentation, and member support. The role requires extensive local travel, independent territory management, Medicare marketing compliance, and obtaining Pennsylvania health insurance licensing and AHIP certification.

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that improve senior healthcare delivery, automate scheduling and care-management workflows, integrate with EHR and resident-management systems, and support clinical decision-making. The role involves healthcare data analysis, LLM and agentic application development, model monitoring and optimization, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinicians and operations teams. Strong skills in Python, machine learning frameworks, data engineering, Azure ML, and healthcare data security are required.

Supports the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance program through security risk assessments, policy administration, audit readiness, control validation, evidence collection, remediation tracking, regulatory compliance monitoring, and third-party risk reviews. The role maps controls to frameworks including HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, CIS, CMS, and URAC; maintains risk registers and governance documentation; and partners with technical and business teams to address vulnerabilities, control gaps, and compliance requirements.
