The Manager of Business Integration will streamline data and process operations in the Technical Supply Chain, utilizing data analytics to improve efficiency and lead a team of analysts.

Supervise overnight production operations, lead and coach production technicians, ensure SOP and safety compliance, track and report KPIs, optimize workflows, assist hiring and training, and maintain clear cross-team communication.

Lead and support R&D engineering projects to improve cannabis product and process design. Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab and mechanical equipment, build and test experimental designs, keep detailed documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel frequently to support engineering efforts across Curaleaf facilities.
