Teams at Curaleaf

Lead the architecture and technical standards for Curaleaf’s data and analytics ecosystem. Design secure, scalable Snowflake environments; establish SQL, Python, dbt, modeling, testing, CI/CD, and governance practices; and develop reusable data products and platform capabilities. Partner with engineering, analytics, data science, governance, and business teams, guide technical roadmaps, optimize performance and costs, lead incident reviews, and mentor engineers through cross-team technical influence without direct people management.

Executes trade marketing, in-store merchandising, brand education, digital audits, consumer activations, and retail events across a Northern New Jersey territory. Supports dispensary onboarding, sell-through, product visibility, promotional execution, and community engagement. Provides market feedback, competitive intelligence, photos, and activation reports to sales and trade marketing teams while maintaining consistent brand standards. The role is full-time, field-based, Tuesday through Saturday, and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory.

Supports administration, optimization, troubleshooting, integrations, security, reporting, testing, and data integrity for enterprise HRIS/HCM systems. Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, vendors, and field teams to resolve issues, manage employee lifecycle data, support system enhancements, validate integrations, automate reporting, document processes, and improve user adoption. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and confidential-data management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
