Leads architecture and engineering standards for Curaleaf’s data and analytics ecosystem. Designs scalable Snowflake platforms, ingestion and transformation pipelines, data models, governance, testing, CI/CD, security, observability, and cost optimization. Partners with engineering, analytics, data science, governance, and business teams to deliver trusted data products. Provides technical direction, mentorship, incident leadership, and cross-functional alignment as a hands-on principal individual contributor.

Leads business requirements analysis for finance-related IT systems, including ERP, accounts payable, treasury, financial close, consolidation, and reporting. Conducts stakeholder interviews and workshops, translates business needs into functional and technical specifications, develops process flows and test plans, supports demand prioritization and project tracking, and liaises between finance stakeholders and IT teams. Requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience, and excellent documentation and communication skills.

Executes trade marketing, retail activation, merchandising, dispensary education, market audits, consumer events, and promotional programs across assigned accounts. The role supports sell-through, brand visibility, digital menu accuracy, shopper engagement, and event execution while providing market insights, reporting, and competitive intelligence to sales and trade marketing teams. This field-based position requires extensive territory travel, reliable transportation, flexible scheduling, and consistent brand representation.
