Provide patient consultations and product recommendations in a retail cannabis dispensary, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate dispensing, train staff on product knowledge, manage inventory and audits, perform patient and physician outreach, and support store operations to deliver safe, compliant patient care.

Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams: facilitate ceremonies, coach Agile practices, remove impediments, coordinate integrations and migrations, track Agile metrics, partner with Product Owners, and drive cross-team delivery.
