Lead design, implementation, testing, and reporting of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX/ICFR). Coordinate with internal and external auditors, perform walkthroughs and control testing, document processes, and drive remediation. Provide guidance to business units on controls, policies, and process improvements while partnering with Legal, Compliance, IT, Quality, and Operations on audits and advisory projects.

Lead SOX/ICFR compliance and internal control assessments: plan and execute testing, document processes, coordinate with internal/external auditors, manage remediation, advise stakeholders, and support operational and advisory audits.

Provide patient consultations and recommendations on cannabis products, dosing, interactions, and consumption methods. Ensure compliant dispensing and inventory control, train staff on product knowledge, perform outreach to patients and physicians, support store operations and regulatory reporting, and maintain a safe, customer-focused retail dispensary environment.
