Secure and retain logistics accounts, develop sales pipelines, conduct daily outreach, negotiate customer rates, and coordinate freight services between customers and strategic partners. The role requires frequent communication, CRM data entry, issue resolution, customer updates, and cross-functional collaboration while helping establish a new office and its culture.
