The RN Unit Coordinator ensures efficient nursing unit operations by managing daily activities, coordinating communication, maintaining patient records, and supporting compliance.

Oversee and coordinate all nursing services and care delivery across the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff supervision, training, infection control, Medicare coordination, and resident care plan management. Serve as mandated reporter and act for the Director of Nursing when absent.

Manage office accounting, payroll, benefits, budgets, and staff supervision. Coordinate workers' compensation and unemployment claims, prepare cost reports and reconciliations, oversee employee records and onboarding, and serve as primary IT contact for system updates.
