Supervise nursing services and staff in a long-term care facility, ensure regulatory compliance and Medicare requirements, act for DON when absent, coordinate QA, infection control, MDS/Medicare processes, oversee staffing, education, and resident care planning.

The Nurse Manager oversees nursing operations, supports staff, ensures compliance, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for quality resident care.

Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders, administer medications and treatments, monitor condition changes, document nursing care, coordinate with CNAs/RNs and interdisciplinary team, communicate with residents and families, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment.
