Support the General Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, training, and customer service. Help manage scheduling, inventory, quality control, budgeting, and compliance. Step in as acting GM when needed and perform server, bartender, and host duties while fostering teamwork and excellent guest experiences.

Ensure timely, accurate, and well-presented food delivery from kitchen to dining area: inspect dishes for quality, verify orders, coordinate timing, communicate with kitchen and servers, manage garnish/presentation, maintain expo station cleanliness, and assist with guest requests and overall restaurant upkeep.
