Manages day-to-day accounts payable operations, including expense approval, coding, payments, vendor and contractor files, 1099 preparation, account reconciliations, and bank deposits. Collaborates with departments, trains supervisors on AP procedures, and maintains accurate, confidential records. Requires accounting or bookkeeping experience, office software proficiency, a driver’s license, and personal transportation for bank runs and interagency trips.

Assistant Principal supports the Principal in leading a therapeutic K-12 day school for students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing therapeutic programming, curriculum and instruction, assessments, special education services, school safety, extracurricular activities, and supervision of professional and support staff.

Coordinates volunteer recruitment, engagement, training, and stewardship while planning fundraising and community events. Builds relationships with donors, corporate partners, volunteers, and community organizations; represents Cunningham through presentations, tours, and outreach; develops engagement strategies; and supports sponsorship growth and philanthropic support.
