Mentor team members, shape fees and schedules, identify risks, and support project pursuits while maintaining responsible control over sealed submissions.

Lead the architectural design and technical delivery of themed entertainment and attraction projects from concept through construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, perform code review and QA/QC, develop construction documents, support envelope detailing, participate in construction administration, mentor staff, and contribute to proposals and client presentations while ensuring code compliance and constructability.

Lead design and technical documentation for themed entertainment and attraction projects across all phases. Produce sketches, 2D/3D models, BIM coordination, exterior massing, material and envelope research, and construction administration. Coordinate with landscape, interiors, consultants, and contractors, participate in code review and on-site observations, and ensure quality within assigned project focus.
