Responsibilities include developing actuarial programs, maintaining spreadsheets, visualizing data, conducting experience studies, calculating rates and dividends, pricing, reserving, modeling, making recommendations, and presenting findings. The intern works collaboratively on projects while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Leads the analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of complex business systems solutions. Translates business needs into technical specifications, guides multiple concurrent initiatives, provides architectural leadership, mentors staff, drives technology practices, and performs root cause and problem resolution activities. Collaborates with business, IT, infrastructure, and development teams while promoting modern development practices, continuous improvement, and effective solution delivery.

Finance and Accounting Interns gain hands-on experience in areas such as business finance, tax, accounting operations, reporting, treasury, internal audit, controls, and market risk. Responsibilities include researching projects, analyzing and presenting findings, organizing data, preparing reports, communicating with internal customers, investigating finance issues, and assisting with finance technology and automation testing.
