Develop and execute account plans to grow power-generation engine and genset sales across customers, dealers, agents, OEMs, and new accounts in Italy. Manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, forecasts, negotiations, pricing, payment follow-up, and commercial targets. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, and aftermarket teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor market opportunities and travel extensively across Italy, with occasional international travel.

Leads warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, transportation, logistics, and packaging operations. Owns customer delivery performance, demand-supply alignment, KPI reporting, carrier management, packaging optimization, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages staff, operating plans, supplier and customer relationships, issue resolution, and cross-functional supply chain execution.

Designs and documents integrated technology solutions by analyzing business and technical requirements, defining architectures, validating integrations, supporting testing, configuring systems, and implementing data migrations. Collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and service providers to resolve issues and ensure quality, security, privacy, performance, scalability, and compliance. Maintains technical documentation, participates in design and cybersecurity reviews, supports application projects, and identifies opportunities for process and solution improvements.
