Lead confidential executive searches for Director-level and above roles. Partner with senior leaders on hiring and succession planning, provide market intelligence, build diverse leadership pipelines, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and improve executive candidate experiences. The role requires strategic consultation, stakeholder management, executive assessment, compensation knowledge, and collaboration across global teams.

Performs early-career product engineering work across the product lifecycle, including mechanical design, systems integration, requirements management, product testing, failure analysis, configuration control, and problem resolution. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and customer teams to support product decisions. Uses statistical methods, MATLAB, controls knowledge, simulations, technical documentation, and structured problem-solving processes to improve product quality and reliability.

Performs computational structural analysis and simulation of components and systems using tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, and Python. Evaluates motion, vibration, stress, fatigue, durability, natural frequencies, and design margins to validate customer requirements and guide design decisions. Investigates product problems, identifies root causes, recommends corrective actions, documents results, and improves engineering processes. Collaborates with design, materials, thermal sciences, and product validation teams while developing specialized modeling, automation, and optimization methods.
