Manufacturing Engineer supporting the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes. Responsibilities include process optimization, continuous improvement, equipment selection, workstation and fixture design, documentation, safety and ergonomics, root-cause problem solving, and collaboration with operations, production, quality, and external resources. The role is onsite in Singapore and focuses on improving manufacturing safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

Drives talent acquisition process excellence across Latin America through process standardization, KPI and dashboard analysis, continuous improvement, technology adoption, change management, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction initiatives. Partners with regional and global stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate and hiring manager experience, workforce planning, and attraction outcomes.

Supports mechanical product systems design, material and processing investigations, validation, testing, problem solving, and design specification development. The intern collaborates with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to assess materials, optimize designs, analyze product issues, and improve processes under supervision. The role requires full-time enrollment in an engineering degree program and a 40-hour weekly commitment.
