Owning sourcing and purchasing for bioreactor hardware and consumables, managing suppliers, negotiating terms, and supporting NPI and transition to production. Responsibilities include PO management, incoming inspection, quality investigations, inventory control, supplier qualification, regulatory compliance, BOM/ECO updates, and hands-on prototyping and hardware builds with engineering.

Drive business development for services and equipment by identifying biotech and biopharma opportunities, building customer relationships, assessing project needs, proposing and negotiating deals, executing go-to-market plans, attending conferences, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead end-to-end system architecture, requirements, integration, and verification for complex bioprocess/R&D platforms. Drive cross-disciplinary tradeoffs, debugging, vendor integration, and validation strategy while mentoring systems engineers and partnering with operations and commercial teams to deliver integrated prototypes and production-ready designs.
