Teams at Culture Amp

Lead the measurement and improvement of Culture Amp's AI products in production: build sampling, LLM-as-judge and labeling systems, implement longitudinal evaluation and observability, own feedback loops (prompts, evaluation, labeling), create reusable tooling and frameworks, and partner with product, engineering and people science to map quality to customer value.

Design and run large-scale LLM evaluation and observability for production AI features: sampling, LLM-as-judge, human-in-the-loop labeling, monitoring, regression detection, and continuous improvement. Build LLM-powered root-cause analysis and recommended fixes, own feedback loops (prompt engineering, labeling, evaluation), enable teams with reusable tooling and docs, and partner with product, data science and people science to map measured quality to customer value.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with potential customers, research target accounts, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales executives to promote Culture Amp's platform. You will also receive coaching and support for professional development.
