Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for platform-level features and cross-product releases. Manage roadmap communications, customer change management, and adoption programs. Create positioning, sales enablement, and recurring customer content (webinars, newsletters). Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and CS to translate platform momentum into adoption, retention and expansion.
