Design and ship agentic AI features: build stateful multi-turn conversational systems, memory and context graphs, RAG and hybrid search, data pipelines and integrations, production LLM evaluation and observability, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and partner with product and people science to deliver scalable, responsible AI in production.

Own the architecture, security, availability, and automation of Culture Amp’s internal technology platform. Manage workforce identity, SaaS tenancy, device trust, endpoint controls, office network architecture, and infrastructure deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD. Build reusable modules, self-service tooling, runbooks, and least-privilege operating models while eliminating manual ClickOps. Provide technical leadership across Security, Enterprise Architecture, Automation, and Workplace Technology.

Lead organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit. Plan, write, publish, and engage community; align social with campaigns, PR, and events; build employee/influencer amplification; create and edit social video; implement AI-enabled workflows; monitor performance and spot platform trends to optimize reach and engagement.
