Own and expand robotics systems for automated biological research workflows. Integrate robotic arms, instruments, cameras, and sensors; develop reliable software and workflows; apply computer vision and AI for monitoring and autonomy; troubleshoot, calibrate, validate, and improve long-running systems. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, vendors, and hardware developers while creating intuitive tools, documentation, training, and reusable capabilities across robotics platforms.

Lead cross-team execution of multidisciplinary scientific programs, act as systems integrator, align stakeholders, prioritize scientific needs, run program reviews, assess risks, manage scope/milestones/resources, and communicate progress to leadership to deliver biological research and engineering projects.

Engineer eukaryotic genomes end-to-end for mammalian cell systems: design and build editing reagents, perform mammalian cell culture and deliveries (transfection/electroporation/LNP/viral), isolate clones, verify edits via NGS and Sanger, and validate genotype-to-phenotype using molecular and cellular assays while optimizing efficiency and minimizing off-target effects.
