Requires four years of security experience and a Tier 5 background investigation or equivalent continuous-evaluation enrollment.

Provide unarmed security and customer service at a VA medical center. Responsibilities include surveillance, protecting patients, staff, visitors, and property, responding to emergencies, documenting incidents and hazards, enforcing facility rules, providing directions, maintaining confidentiality, and de-escalating disputes. The role requires an active Texas guard license, background check, physical examination, drug screening, communication skills, and the ability to work with medical staff.
