Processes medical claims through the XClaim platform, resolves billing issues, manages bill holds and releases, initiates pre-certification, completes contract billing, posts payments, resolves unpaid accounts, prepares reports, and documents account activity while supporting patient safety and service quality.

Provide patient registration and customer service, collect and enter patient data, obtain required signatures and notices, verify insurance and authorization requirements, document account activity, research prior accounts, and schedule appointments for multiple providers. The role also supports patient safety, quality, and positive patient experiences.

Schedules patients for outpatient testing, verifies precertification requirements, maintains scheduling guidelines, documents account information, researches prior accounts, and supports exceptional patient experiences and safety. Requires medical terminology knowledge, computer proficiency, and accurate typing.
