Teams at Culligan Water (Ireland) Limited

Drives sales growth and revenue targets across an assigned territory by generating new business, expanding existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes prospecting, proposals, negotiations, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM administration, and collaboration with service, operations, finance, and customer service teams. It also supports customer onboarding, retention, networking, and continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Coordinates field service operations for a team of 10–15 engineers, including scheduling, workload allocation, attendance and performance monitoring, customer issue resolution, SLA tracking, materials coordination, quality management, onboarding support, and operational reporting. The role serves as a central link between field engineers and internal teams while supporting consistent, efficient residential water treatment service delivery.
