Provides Level 2 technical and test support for customers, diagnoses application and server issues, performs root cause analysis, coordinates with development and support teams, assists UAT releases and deployments, documents resolutions, and recommends performance improvements. The role requires Microsoft IIS and SQL Server knowledge, SQL fluency, application troubleshooting, and customer communication skills, with Azure, Postman, and C# experience preferred.

Serve as the finance partner to commercial teams by owning customer profitability, building customer P&Ls, driving margin improvement, challenging forecasts, and delivering monthly FP&A reporting. Contribute to budgets, rolling forecasts, five-year planning, and improved financial models. Use AI, Excel, and business intelligence tools to enhance analysis, scenario testing, reporting, and decision-making while communicating insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Maintain and improve the reliability of an IoT and automotive software platform. Diagnose escalated issues, monitor performance with APM tools, coordinate critical incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with development, product, DevOps, and support teams; contribute to monitoring, documentation, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement. Mentor engineers and use full-stack development, SQL, Azure, and database troubleshooting skills to resolve complex software problems.
