Maintains and extends C++ media-processing services and Windows desktop video exploitation applications. Responsibilities include debugging video, metadata, GPU, native and managed-code issues; maintaining Linux Docker builds, CI/CD, gRPC/protobuf interfaces, Kubernetes pipelines, Visual Studio solutions, installers, release packaging, and licensing flows; and creating unit, integration, smoke, and diagnostic tests. The role also supports customer and QA defect resolution across C#/.NET, C++, WPF, media dependencies, GIS features, and deployment artifacts.

Oversee software engineering projects and device software development across multiple projects. Reviews license plate images and records transaction details accurately, including plate numbers, types, states, and vehicle classifications. Handles complex or illegible images, supports quality assurance, prepares operational reports, and maintains productivity and accuracy standards. Serves as a resource for processors, assists with training and mentoring, identifies recurring errors, supports process improvements, and ensures confidentiality and compliance with company, transportation, and data security requirements.
