Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, organization design, talent management, change initiatives, employee relations, and data-driven people strategies. Lead cross-functional HR projects, mentor HR team members, partner with COEs on rewards and talent, and improve engagement, performance, and culture while ensuring legal compliance and managing complex employee matters.

Design, build, and operate secure Kubernetes-based platforms and release systems (including air-gapped/offline). Develop automation, CI/CD and artifact workflows, maintain operator workbench tools, troubleshoot across stack, enforce credential/certificate/secret management and deployment guardrails, mentor junior engineers, and improve developer/operator workflows with automation and AI-assisted tooling.

The role requires analyzing requirements, coding in C++, collaborating with technical leads, and participating in design reviews, while being under supervision.
