Manages complex defense subcontract lifecycles, including sourcing, solicitation, proposal and cost analysis, negotiation, formation, administration, supplier performance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, compliance, and closeout. Supports government proposals, make-or-buy decisions, audits, and program execution while ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, prime contract flow-downs, and company policies. Serves as the primary interface with subcontractors and independently manages multiple complex supplier relationships.

Leads complex customer-facing programs through execution, financial management, risk and issue resolution, contract compliance, change orders, and service delivery. Coordinates cross-functional, offshore, subcontractor, and partner teams while managing schedules, budgets, requirements, quality, and customer satisfaction. Builds trusted customer relationships, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads negotiations and recovery actions. The role requires regular work in the San Francisco Bay Area and domestic and international travel as needed.

Designs and validates RF/microwave evaluation boards, PCB assemblies, and customer reference designs. The role supports RF integration, board bring-up, simulation-to-measurement correlation, technical documentation, and customer design-in activities. Responsibilities include controlled-impedance routing, grounding, power integrity, thermal design, RF validation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer teams. The engineer also translates customer requirements into product specifications and application solutions while supporting business development.
