Owns cross-business execution for the CEO across CUBE84 and District360, including partner and client interactions, follow-through, vendor coordination, paperwork, internal processes, and US-India team alignment. The role acts as the CEO’s proxy, organizes commitments, resolves ambiguous operational issues, drives recommendations, and closes decisions. Success requires speed, judgment, resilience, financial literacy, and effective use of AI.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows). Own code quality, PR reviews, deployments and CI/CD. Mentor developers, build integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk API), and ensure secure, extensible platform architecture and release governance.

Own day-to-day Salesforce org configuration, security model, data quality, migrations, release management, client requirements gathering, junior admin mentorship, and documentation across multiple clouds.
