Manage client onboarding for District360, gather and translate business requirements, coordinate and validate data migrations, configure Salesforce solutions, collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success, maintain implementation documentation, and build strong client relationships to drive product adoption and continuous improvement.

Own day-to-day Salesforce org configuration, security model, data quality, migrations, release management, client requirements gathering, junior admin mentorship, and documentation across multiple clouds.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows). Own code quality, PR reviews, deployments and CI/CD. Mentor developers, build integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk API), and ensure secure, extensible platform architecture and release governance.
