Lead and build the finance function for a Series A-scale startup: own FP&A, tighten Xero reporting and controls, run monthly close, improve investor and board reporting, oversee billing/collections and Singapore compliance, and mentor the senior analyst while scaling the team.

Build and maintain self-hosted LLM features and infrastructure: chat interfaces, MCP server, RAG pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval, reranking), prompts, evaluations, observability, and secure integrations. Work with Infrastructure and Data Engineering to deploy and operate production LLM systems and ship end-to-end AI features.

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will drive the recruitment process for various roles, partner with managers to define candidate profiles, and build a diverse talent pipeline, focusing on fostering a strong hiring culture.
