Serve as Cube's primary contact for a major global consumer-goods client: manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate projects and deliveries, surface client needs to product and data teams, and ensure high-quality, timely insights. Build expertise in Cube's e-commerce market data and reports while identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and support account growth.

Lead and build the finance function for a Series A-scale startup: own FP&A, tighten Xero reporting and controls, run monthly close, improve investor and board reporting, oversee billing/collections and Singapore compliance, and mentor the senior analyst while scaling the team.

Build and maintain self-hosted LLM features and infrastructure: chat interfaces, MCP server, RAG pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval, reranking), prompts, evaluations, observability, and secure integrations. Work with Infrastructure and Data Engineering to deploy and operate production LLM systems and ship end-to-end AI features.
