Manages benefits administration, payroll-related HR processes, compliance, employee education, training programs, HRIS maintenance, and employee and management support. Partners with the VP of HR, Payroll, Accounting, vendors, managers, and employees to administer programs, resolve complex issues, maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also requires independent judgment, confidential data handling, reporting, process improvement, and occasional client-facing travel.
