Supports daily office operations by managing supplies, inventory, deliveries, shared spaces, and opening and closing procedures. Assists with office lunches, agency events, celebrations, and workplace activities. Coordinates with vendors, building staff, and internal teams to resolve maintenance or technology issues, while maintaining purchase documentation and a welcoming office environment.

Lead concept-first art direction from brief through execution across print, digital, video, and social channels. Shape big ideas, guide creative storytelling, elevate work across accounts, mentor fellow creatives, and collaborate with writers, designers, strategists, and video producers. Contribute to client presentations and new business pitches while using emerging tools, including AI, for concepting and efficiency. The role requires strong visual craft, strategic thinking, and a portfolio demonstrating creativity and range.

Support the Media & Analytics team by testing AI, automation tools, and emerging technologies; collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting campaign data; creating dashboards; assisting with measurement strategies, campaign tracking, and QA; and translating findings into clear recommendations. The intern will document experiments, identify process automation opportunities, and collaborate across analytics, media, strategy, and account teams.
