Prepare, review, and reconcile heating and operating-cost statements for complex commercial and residential properties. Review objections, tenant and metering data, invoices, lease provisions, and cost allocation eligibility. Maintain billing master data in RELion, coordinate with property management and metering providers, document processes, and support internal projects.

Oversee construction projects end-to-end, accountable for quality, schedule, and budget. Coordinate documentation and permitting, support procurement, control construction works, ensure compliance with project specifications, and engage with clients to implement changes.

Prepare and manage budgets for client changes and pre-development solutions. Create BoQs, ASTI calculations, time schedules, and unit price benchmarks. Coordinate with clients, designers, procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams; request and process quotes; identify cost optimization and risk mitigation opportunities; hand over budgets to implementation teams and keep tenant offers and ASTIs updated.
