The Receptionist welcomes visitors, manages refreshments, parcels, phone calls, access cards, meeting-room bookings, parking reservations, and internal mail. The role also coordinates employee hotel accommodations and domestic or international travel bookings, maintains meeting-room standards, and collaborates with departmental assistants in an international real estate company.

Manage CTP Group’s social media presence, content development, and brand communications across 12 countries. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating content, sourcing success stories and case studies, aligning country teams, maintaining messaging and brand guidelines, monitoring channel performance, and recommending optimization strategies. The role also involves copywriting, stakeholder collaboration, KPI reporting, basic graphic design, video editing, and responsible use of AI tools.

Identifies and pursues office-space leasing opportunities in Brno through prospecting, calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Builds relationships with tenants, real estate brokers, consultants, government representatives, and clients. Coordinates internal resources to close deals, supports clients during permitting and construction, manages post-sale relationships, and represents CTP at events to drive business growth.
