Manage a 300-unit accommodation portfolio in Brno: handle tenant move-ins/outs, maintenance reporting, vendor coordination, billing and collections, viewings, front-desk support, and compliance reporting to local authorities using Tririga and CRM systems.

Support project managers in preparing construction budgets and completion reports, analyze key project and company KPIs, align and reconcile data with Group controlling, cooperate with construction, procurement, accounting and legal teams, and participate in efficiency improvements and new systems implementation.

Build and maintain the company's 5-year financial model and other valuation models; act as key contact for rating agencies; perform macro and peer research; prepare internal and external financial materials including reports for CFO, Board, annual and quarterly disclosures.
