Prepare conceptual designs and technical documentation for small-to-medium construction projects, create drawings and business layouts, coordinate with surveyors and network administrators, manage park maps and documentation archives, maintain technical standards, support client negotiations, and perform ad-hoc tasks from supervisors.

Support Business Development team in leasing, client relationship management, tenant retention, and commercial analyses. Coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM and leasing tools, assist in offers, attend site visits and events, and gradually take ownership of complex leasing tasks under senior supervision.

Manage permit applications and coordinate project documentation with designers, regional directors and project managers. Liaise with building authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals and foster long-term relationships for successful pre-development outcomes.
