Build and maintain the company's 5-year financial model and other valuation models; act as key contact for rating agencies; perform macro and peer research; prepare internal and external financial materials including reports for CFO, Board, annual and quarterly disclosures.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Construction, Property, Energy, and Overhead. Analyze KPIs, P&L and balance sheet positions. Reconcile and align data with Group consolidation and controlling teams. Produce reports supporting teams and participate in process improvements and new systems implementations.

Manage fit-out projects end-to-end: site preparation, design coordination, quality control, safety enforcement, budget and tender support, supplier negotiations, utility coordination, progress reporting, and stakeholder relationship management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
