Serve as the HR systems technical subject matter expert, supporting troubleshooting, impact assessments, testing, releases, integrations, and vendor coordination. Administer Oracle HCM, Recruiting Cloud, BI, security, and reporting capabilities while identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities. Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions and improve the colleague experience.

Create persuasive, on-brand copy across advertising, CRM, digital, web, social, video, and campaign communications. Develop creative concepts with designers and stakeholders, adapt messaging for varied audiences and channels, champion brand tone of voice, and use customer insight, testing, and performance data to improve effectiveness. Present recommendations and collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and compliance teams to deliver clear, engaging communications in regulated or complex environments.

Manages UK VAT reporting and compliance, including VAT returns, partial exemption calculations, reconciliations, forecasting, and Making Tax Digital processes. Supports corporation tax compliance, R&D claims, tax accounting, risk and controls, audits, HMRC enquiries, and tax advisory matters. Monitors legislation, improves tax processes through AI and automation, and mentors junior team members.
