Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify future capability needs, develop leadership and performance frameworks, optimize Learning Experience Platforms, and use learning analytics and workforce insights to guide talent strategies. The role focuses on strategic business partnering, skills architecture, learning experience design, organizational capability, and measuring development impact.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise Data Loss Prevention capabilities. Configure and optimize Netskope, Microsoft Purview, Wiz, and Kiteworks; manage data discovery, classification, labelling, secure file sharing, and DLP alerts. Investigate incidents, produce audit reporting, maintain security standards, and partner with cybersecurity, legal, compliance, privacy, and technology teams. Support automation, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and broader data security improvements.

Supports Emerging Talent recruitment, assessment centres, onboarding, talent attraction, learning programme design and delivery, stakeholder engagement, and learning technology transitions. The role also contributes to reporting, governance, compliance, employer branding, university partnerships, and AI-enabled learning initiatives. It offers structured development and potential CIPD Level 5 apprenticeship training for a recent graduate pursuing a career in Talent, Learning and Development, Talent Management, or HR.
