Graduate Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer supporting live client platforms, cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, incidents, backups, security, access controls, and documentation. The role focuses primarily on Azure while providing exposure to Windows, Linux, Plesk, CMS troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, and intelligent infrastructure operations. The successful candidate will communicate clearly with clients, collaborate with senior engineers, participate in an eventual 24/7 on-call rota, and develop toward platform engineering and automation specialization.

Generate and qualify outbound leads to build a consistent sales pipeline through research, email/LinkedIn/calls, discovery calls, and CRM management (HubSpot). Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to hand off qualified opportunities and represent CTI's digital expertise to senior stakeholders.

Lead new business growth by identifying and closing high-value accounts, develop strategic account plans, use consultative solution selling, provide market insights, manage client relationships, and track pipeline performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
