Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, documents, and supports complex applications and information systems. Leads technical components of projects, coordinates development tasks, mentors less experienced staff, evaluates technologies and vendors, and recommends systems improvements. Collaborates with technology teams, business units, clients, vendors, and senior management while maintaining application effectiveness, documentation, controls, risk standards, and regulatory compliance.

Develop Java-based applications and RESTful APIs using Spring and Spring Boot, with Angular and other client-side technologies. Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including design, roadmaps, agile delivery, and production support. Build microservices, integrations, routing and orchestration solutions, and pattern-based libraries. Apply DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, Azure cloud deployment, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.

Performs complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and ongoing application support. Leads technical project planning, coordinates development tasks, mentors less experienced staff, evaluates technologies and vendors, and drives project milestones. Collaborates with technology teams, business units, management, clients, and vendors while ensuring risk, regulatory, audit, and internal-control standards are met.
