QA Automation Engineer responsible for test strategy, automated API and UI testing, QA infrastructure, Jenkins-based test suites, failure investigation, and release quality validation. The role involves Java, Playwright, Linux, SSH, networking, and CI/CD troubleshooting, along with maintaining a QA Cloud Agent and collaborating with developers and QA teams. Experience with upgrades, migrations, Kubernetes, and distributed systems is advantageous.

Provide technical pre-sales support for enterprise storage and cloud solutions: qualify opportunities, design and size solutions, run POCs, deliver demos and trainings, respond to RFIs/RFPs, document configurations, and collect product feedback to inform product management.

Develop and manage channel partner relationships in North America, drive partner-generated leads, enable and onboard partners, coordinate sales activities with partners and CTERA account executives, and articulate CTERA product value to grow partner business.
