Oversee accounting operations, general ledger activities, financial close processes, reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, cash flow, tax support, audits, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple companies. The Controller will ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes and systems, coordinate with external advisors, and supervise accounting or administrative staff while providing management with clear financial insights.

Maintains quality documents, training records, audits, reports, and quality management systems. Supports ISO 9001 and TL-9000 certification activities, 5S audits, safety processes, corrective actions, root-cause follow-up, performance tracking, and process improvements. Works with management and supervisors to ensure production processes meet documented quality and customer requirements.

Maintain IT systems and networks by installing and configuring hardware and software, providing technical support and training, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, restoring data, performing backups, managing licenses and upgrades, and coordinating between end users and higher-level support. The role also establishes IT usage protocols and supports system standards across departments.
