Manage assigned customer programs by tracking performance, quality, production, inventory, and fulfillment metrics. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate Operations, IT, Quality, and Billing teams, resolve escalated issues, prepare performance reports, develop corrective plans, and translate operational needs into IT requirements. The role requires program and project management experience in high-volume supply chain or logistics operations, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexibility to travel.

Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, staffing, reporting, P&L performance, and KPI achievement. Develops procedures to improve productivity and efficiency, leads warehouse employees, coordinates with logistics and corporate teams, resolves escalated issues, supports customer SLAs, manages compliance with safety standards, and uses WMS and reporting tools to drive operational decisions.

The Accounts Payable Analyst processes and reconciles supplier invoices and statements, manages invoice approvals and holds, ensures accurate expense coding, supports suppliers and operations, and assists with audits and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. The role also identifies process improvements, maintains AP policy compliance, prepares documentation and reporting, and collaborates across procurement, accounting, and operations.
