Oversee warehouse operations across multiple departments, managing approximately 150 associates and driving productivity, profitability, inventory accuracy, service-level adherence, and KPI performance. Lead operational policy improvements, financial and P&L management, employee relations, safety compliance, customer issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Use warehouse management systems and reporting tools to monitor performance, optimize inventory, and support data-driven decisions. Provide leadership, training, escalation support, and regular updates to corporate management and customers.

Oversee warehouse operations across multiple departments, optimizing productivity, profitability, inventory, KPIs, and customer SLAs. Manage P&L performance, policies, safety compliance, escalations, reporting, and operational technology. Lead and develop warehouse staff, coordinate with logistics, procurement, customer service, and corporate teams, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Maintains IT systems and networks by providing technical support, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, restoring data, performing backups, managing licenses and upgrades, and coordinating between end users and higher-level support. The role also establishes IT protocols, provides guidance and training, and helps maintain technology standards across departments.
