Manages high-volume direct-hire and temporary staffing operations across multiple branches. Builds relationships with branch and corporate leaders, coordinates recruiting and orientation, manages agency resources and supplier relationships, monitors staffing and onboarding metrics, supports compliance and financial goals, delivers performance reporting, and serves as the escalation contact for divisional workforce needs.

Manages financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, operational cost analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Partners with operations and senior leadership to improve profitability, productivity, and cost efficiency. Oversees operational metrics, planning cycles, standardized financial processes, and cross-functional initiatives. May lead and develop FP&A analysts while ensuring reporting deadlines and business objectives are met.

Engineering interns support product testing, automation, manufacturing, process improvement, hardware and software design, mechanical projects, troubleshooting, documentation, and data analysis. Interns collaborate with cross-functional teams, complete a meaningful engineering project, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to testing, repair, manufacturing, and logistics operations.
