Design, plan, and oversee wireless and metropolitan fiber networks; optimize network architecture; coordinate with policymakers and first responders; perform siting analysis and performance evaluation for public safety and broadband projects.

Design and review outside plant (fiber/coax/telephone) networks; create budgets and estimates; maintain OSP Insight and Visio records; coordinate OSP/ISP design and construction; perform site visits and construction reviews; oversee junior staff; deliver projects on time and within budget with strong attention to detail.

Design, assess, and implement data/voice/video networks using fiber, copper, and wireless systems. Work on metropolitan and regional broadband and public-safety networks, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply fiber testing and ITIL practices. Requires senior-level network engineering experience and professional certifications.
