Provides Russian-to-English and English-to-Russian translation, oral interpretation, summarization, editing, quality control, targeting, and workflow support for technical and mission-related materials. The role requires expertise in Russian language, culture, regional politics, military, cyber, science, and technology terminology, with support for fast-paced cleared missions in the Washington Metropolitan Area and temporary duty locations.

Drafts, reviews, edits, and prepares SIGINT and other intelligence products for publication or presentation. Ensures accuracy, classification markings, dissemination controls, policy compliance, and adherence to customer style standards. Provides writing, organization, reporting, distribution guidance, mentoring, and research support. Success requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, at least three years of relevant experience, strong Arabic and English writing skills, completion of a translation test, and residence or relocation to the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Develops exploitation plans and operational adjustments based on adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber capabilities. Collaborates with government, military, and contractor personnel to identify intelligence needs and mission relevance. Performs data-driven analysis by forming hypotheses, querying and enriching data, evaluating findings, and documenting insights and newly developed tradecraft for stakeholders and intelligence consumers.

Provide Russian and Ukrainian translation, interpretation, transcription, summarization, editing, quality control, and related linguistic services for intelligence missions. Support fast-paced travel-only operations across CONUS, OCONUS, and warzone or conflict locations, including extended TDYs in austere, high-risk environments. Support DoD program managers by analyzing program-level financials, cost/schedule/performance metrics across contracts; produce reports, acquisition documentation, risk assessments, and briefings. Use Plan-It and advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) to track resources, funding, and unfunded requirements and recommend corrective actions to Government Program Managers.

Monitor and analyze IDS alerts, firewall and network traffic, and host logs to detect and report cyber events. Conduct SIGINT-focused target analysis and reporting for Intelligence Community customers. Research, synthesize, and prioritize multi-source intelligence (SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT), collaborate with collectors, maintain target databases and working aids, produce and quality-control intelligence products, and provide feedback and situational awareness to government customers.
