Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 system administration support for client/server/storage/network and mobile devices: implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain UNIX/Windows systems, optimize operations, perform capacity planning, support dispatch hardware, and escalate/resolving complex system issues while communicating status to management.

Support and maintain classified EMC IT systems for global SIGINT and cybersecurity missions. Configure, secure, and optimize UNIX/Windows servers, networks, and storage in SCIFs under RMF. Provide help-desk escalation, capacity planning, system integration with RF/digital hardware, and resolve interoperability issues across CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across the OSI stack to map target networks, develop new tradecraft, collaborate with government and military partners, form and test analytical hypotheses, and document and share exploitation findings and operational plans.

Analyze user requirements and system architectures to develop and manage system and derived requirements. Produce systems engineering artifacts (SEPs, ICDs, requirements specs), define interfaces, perform risk assessments, allocate budgets, implement DoDAF and SOA architectures, ensure information assurance controls, support C&A processes, and coordinate cross-discipline change control and verification activities across the system lifecycle.

Conduct SIGINT-focused target analysis and reporting for Intelligence Community customers. Research, synthesize, and prioritize multi-source intelligence (SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT), collaborate with collectors, maintain target databases and working aids, produce and quality-control intelligence products, and provide feedback and situational awareness to government customers.
